777 Internet Cafe Sweepstakes Gambling Raid

From the Corpus Christi Police Department

CORPUS CHRISTI - As part of the continuing ongoing criminal investigation into the illegal gambling operation operating as the 777 Internet Café, Officers with Narcotics/Vice Investigations have obtained three additional arrest warrants. The following warrants were obtained:

Ricky Graveman, 54, of Cullman, Alabama, (co-owner). Graveman was charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Gambling Promotion, Keeping a Gambling Place, Possession of Gambling Paraphernalia, Communicating Gambling Information, and Possession of Gambling Paraphernalia with a $20,000 dollar bond. Graveman surrendered this morning at the Nueces County Jail.

Tommy Lee Johnson, 45, of Cullman, Alabama, (co-owner). Johnson was charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Gambling Promotion, Keeping a Gambling Place, Possession of Gambling Paraphernalia, Communicating Gambling Information, and Possession of Gambling Paraphernalia with a $20,000 dollar bond. Johnson also surrendered at the Nueces County Jail this morning.

Justin Ray Cloer, 22, of Corpus Christi, Texas. Cloer is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Gambling Promotion, Keeping a Gambling Place, Possession of Gambling Paraphernalia, Communicating Gambling Information, and Possession of Gambling Paraphernalia with a $20,000 dollar bond. Cloer is not yet in custody.
